This is an antique Japanese military sake cup, decorated with a pair of chrysanthemums, the big words "Glory of the Nation" and the smaller words "7th Infantry Discharge Commemoration" "Manchuria Dispatch". The base of the cup has a crane embossed in it.

Condition: Excellent - light fading of the gold. The glaze on the base is a bit thick so the outline of the crane isn't crystal clear
