This is an antique Japanese military sake cup, decorated with a pair of flags and a field gun. The words are "Field Combat Artillery Soldier" and the words inside the shells are "Corporal" and the soldier's name Okuhara. This is the same person as the other (Golden Kite) cup I'm listing today.
