This is an antique Japanese military sake cup, decorated with a very detailed field gun with an ammo box, and some cherry blossoms. There's also a badge of the Order of Rising Sun on top. The words are "Commemoration" "3rd Field Artillery Regiment" and the soldier's name Ohara is on the back.
