This is an antique Japanese military sake cup, decorated with a flag, a cherry blossom, and a star. The words are "Term Fulfillment Commemoration" and "11th Infantry". The back of the cup has a five sided shape meant to look like a cherry blossom, and the pink color is on both sides.
