This is an antique Japanese military sake cup, decorated with a picture of a fortress gun and some cherry blossoms. The words are "Fukayama Heavy Artillery Regiment" "Term Fulfillment Commemoration". Fukayama was part of the Yura fortress complex, which guarded the Seto Sea.
