This is an antique Japanese military sake cup, decorated with a helmet, flag, and a rifle. The words are "Leaving the service commemoration" "28th Infantry" "Infantry Academy Assignment". The exterior of teh cup is in the shape of a helmet with a plane as the base and the soldier's name Umemoto.
