This is an antique Japanese military sake cup, decorated with a map that is shaped like a helmet, with a pair of flags - one of which is the flag of Manchukuo. The map is of Northeastern China - Manchuria, basically. The words are "Manchuria Dispatch Victorious Return Commemoration" "33rd Infantry".
