This is an antique Japanese military sake cup, decorated with a horse and a flag. The words are "Commemoration". The cup's bottom has the words "9th Mountain Artillery" and the soldier's name Tanaka. There's also the name of the kiln Kutani in blue. The exterior has a landscape pattern.
