This is an antique Japanese military sake cup, decorated with a insignia of the Imperial Guards, and a ring of cherry blossoms. The words are "3rd Guards Infantry" "Commemoration". The words on the back are "Imperial Guards 3rd Infantry Regiment 4th Company" and the soldier's name Okami.
