This is an antique Japanese military sake cup, decorated with a star and a pair of zigzag lines. The words are "Leaving the service commemoration". The exterior of the cup are the words "19th Infantry Regiment 6th Company Machine Gun" and the soldier's full name Nishimura Zenroku.
