This is an antique Japanese military sake cup, decorated with what looks like a Mitsubishi Ki-1 bomber. The words are "Kanto-army Victorious Return Commemoration" "Gongzhuling Flying Group". Gongzhuling is a city in Manchuria - this is most likely a 1937/8 invasion of China cup where they were still using these bombers. The soldier's name Fujieda is on the back.
