This is an antique Japanese military sake cup, decorated with a flag and a pair of cherry blossoms. The words are "Discharge Commemoration" "Korea Hoeryong 75th Infantry". The soldier's name Yasutake is on the back. Hoeryong is right on the Chinese border, now probably best known for their prison camp.
