This is an antique Japanese military sake cup, decorated with a flag, rifle, and some cherry blossoms. The words are "Manchuria Dispatch Commemoration" "Korea Yongsan 78th Infantry". This is quite interesting as the part of the army responsible for invading Manchuria, without government authorization, was from Korea.
