This is an antique Japanese military sake bottle, decorated with a flag, chrysanthemum, and a star on the front with the words "Leaving the service commemoration". On the back are the words "Yongsan 78th Infantry Regiment". Yongsan, of course, is the big garrison in Seoul that is still in use today (now by US army).
