This is an antique Japanese military sake cup, decorated with the words "Term Fulfillment Commemoration" in the center. The words around the cup are "Kure Naval District Sailor" and the full name Sano Misaburo. This is for someone who belonged to the Kure naval district command. There were a variety of functions under this unit as it was the main base for the Imperial Japanese Navy.
