This is an antique Japanese military sake cup, decorated with some telegraph poles, a flag, a battery insignia of the signal unit, and some storm clouds with lightning. The words on the side of the cup are "1st Signal Regiment Manchuria Dispatch Commemoration" and the soldier's name Terada.
