This is an antique Japanese military sake cup, decorated with a fortress artillery piece and the words "Maizuru Heavy Artillery Term Fulfillment Commemoration". The exterior of the cup is embossed with some decorations. Maizuru is a port on the north side of Honshu, it's Japan's main navy port on that side of the country.
