This is an antique Japanese military sake cup, decorated with a rifle with a flag, a helmet, and the words "Commemoration" "Field Artillery Unit" "Kanto Army". Kanto army was the army unit in Manchukuo that practically ran the state. The soldier's name Hayashi is on the back.
