This is an antique Japanese military sake cup, decorated with a pair of flags, one of which is the flag of Manchukuo. The words are "Manchuria Dispatch 33rd Infantry Victorious Return Commemoration". The exterior of the cup is in the shape of a helmet with a pair of shells as the base.
