This is an antique Japanese army sake cup, decorated with a pair of flags and a helmet and some cherry blossoms. One of the flags is the Manchukuo flag. The words on the cup are "Manchuria Dispatch Commemoration". The soldier's name Yanagimura is under the helmet. The exterior of the cup is shaped like a helmet, with a rare cherry blossom base. 

Condition: Excellent - the name is a bit faded
