This is an antique Japanese military sake cup, decorated with a pair of flags, one of which is the flag of Manchukuo and the other is a Japanese hinomaru. There's also a helmet at the top. The words are "Victorious Return Commemoration" "Manchurian Incident". The soldier's name Otera is on the back.

Condition: Excellent - some fading of the name on the back
