This is an antique Japanese military sake cup, decorated with a map of Manchukuo, with a pair of flags on top. The words are "Manchuria Dispatch Victorious Return Commemoration" "18th Infantry". The exterior of the cup is in the shape of a helmet with three shells as the base and the words "Loyalty and Bravery" embossed.
