This is an antique Japanese military sake cup, decorated with a helmet, pair of flags, one of which is the flag of Manchukuo, and an insignia of the railroad defense units. The words are "Commemoration" "Manchuria Independent Defense Unit". The soldier's name Mieda is on the back.
