This is an antique Japanese military sake cup, decorated with a flag, a star, and a pair of cherry blossoms. The words on the back are "Manchuria Dispatch Victorious Return Commemoration" and the soldier's name Ibata. There's a landscape painting in blue on the exterior as well.
