This is an antique Japanese military sake cup, decorated with a detailed picture of the war dead memorial on White Jade Hill in Port Arthur - this memorial was made partly with materials retrieved from ships sunk during the blockade of Port Arthur during the Russo Japanese war. The words on top are "Manchuria Dispatch Commemoration" and "Port Arthur White Jade Mountain Celebrating Loyalty Tower". 

Condition: Excellent - one small chip on the back in the base
