This is an antique Japanese military sake cup, decorated with a plane flying over some trees, and the words "Kanto Army Victorious Return Commemoration" "Gongzhuling Air Corps". Gongzhuling is a city near Changchun - which was the capital of Manchukuo. The soldier's name Noda is on the back.
