This is an antique Japanese military sake cup, decorated with a map of Manchuria including cities like Port Arthur and Mukden and the new capital of Manchukuo, Shinkyo (now Changchun). The words are "Manchuria Victorious Return" "Commemoration" and "18th Infantry".
