This is an antique Japanese military sake cup, decorated with a map of Manchuria including cities like Jilin, Jiamusi, Harbin, etc. The words are "Manchuria Expedition Victorious Return Commemoration" "38th Infantry". The exterior of the cup is in the shape of a helmet with three shells as the base and the words "Loyalty and Bravery" embossed on the sides. The soldier's name Hirobara is on the back as well.

Condition: Excellent - the exterior is a dark color and has some interesting marks on it, not sure what it is
