This is an antique Japanese military sake cup, decorated with a pair of rifles crossed with a cross-section of a rail, and a star on top. The words are "Manchuria Dispatch Victorious Return" and "Discharge Commemoration". The cup is in the shape of a helmet with the word "Loyalty" as the base.
