This is an antique Japanese military sake cup, decorated with a flag, some cherry blossoms, and an insignia of the railroad unit. The words are "Victorious Return Commemoration" "Manchuria Independent Defense Unit". The name of the kiln Kutani is on the back, with some landscape as decoration.
