This is an antique Japanese military sake cup, decorated with a helmet, a flag, and a scroll with the soldier's duty. The words are "Manchuria Dispatch Victorious Return Commemoration" "20th Infantry". The exterior of the cup is in the shape of a helmet with shells as the base.
