This is an antique Japanese military sake cup, decorated with a flag in the center with rifles sticking out above the smoke, and inside a cherry blossom shape. The words are "7th Infantry". The exterior of the cup has a plane as the base and the words "Manchuria Dispatch Victorious Return Commemoration".
