This is an antique Japanese military sake cup, decorated with one of the 75mm mountain guns and the words "9th Mountain Artillery Discharge Commemoration". The exterior of the cup has a poem and the soldier's name Omae is in the base.

Condition: Excellent - slight fading of the gold in the center
