This is an antique Japanese navy sake cup, decorated with an embossed anchor in the middle with a cherry blossom, a pair of flags up top with a crane and a turtle. The words on the cup are "Navy Arsenal Term Fulfillment Commemoration" and the sailor's name Koyuki is on the back. 

Condition: Excellent - light fading of the gold
