This is an antique Japanese military sake cup, decorated with a picture of waves with a pair of cherry blossoms and an anchor, and the words "Navy Term Fulfillment Commemoration". The exterior of the cup has an anchor with cherry blossom as the base, which is the navy's insignia. The sailor's name Morita is written underneath.
