This is an antique Japanese military sake cup, decorated with a map of Northern Manchukuo - the southernmost city here is Shinkyo, the capital (now Changchun) of Manchukuo. The other cities are Harbin, Qiqihar, and other smaller towns on the NE border between what is now China and Russia. The words are "Manchuria Dispatch Victorious Return Commemoration" and "33rd Infantry". The exterior of the cup is in the shape of a helmet with three shells as the base.
