This is an antique Japanese military photo with an officer in Meiji era dress uniform. The guy is fairly well decorated with a Golden Kite and a Rising Sun as well as a Russo Japanese war medal. The photo was taken in Kanazawa, as suggested by the card's name of the shop with address.

Condition: A bit of pencil writing on the side of the photo, and the back suggest this was ripped out of an album at some point
