This is an antique Japanese military sake cup, decorated with a badge of the Order of Golden Kite. The cup is made of metal with a gilded surface. There are no words, but it's probably a Sino Japanese (1895) or Russo Japanese war era cup.

Condition: Excellent - some dark streaks on the surface, and a bit of oxidation on the back.
