This is an antique Japanese military sake cup, decorated with a picture of what looks like the 203 meter hill memorial. There's a gun in front of this one - I don't think I've seen this gun, so perhaps this is the back of the tower. The words are "Manchuria Garrison Commemoration" "33rd Infantry". The soldier's name Takenouchi is on the back.
