This is an antique Japanese military sake cup, decorated with a flag and cherry blossom and an insignia of the railroad units. The words are "Victorious Return Commemoration" "Manchuria Independent Defense Unit". The exterior of the cup is decorated with a landscape and the name of the kiln Kutani is in the base.
