This is an antique Japanese military sake cup, decorated with a regimental colors with cherry blossoms and a mountain. The colors are missing most of the flag - the Japanese did not replace them as they get damaged so over time a unit's colors are always tattered. The words are "18th Infantry" "Commemoration".
