This is a pretty unique Japanese military sake cup, decorated with what looks like an ear of rice - the gold part is the rice, with a star inside that part, and the blue is the leaves of the rice plant. The words on the bottom left are "Victorious Return Commemoration". There's a maker's name Fu-ru on the back. The cup is made of a gray glaze that naturally crackles. The cracks will gain a deeper color as you use the cup and makes it look nicer over time.
