This is an antique Japanese military sake cup, decorated with a helmet, some cherry blossoms, and a rifle with a yosegaki hanging from it with various phrases like "Glory of the Nation" "Loyalty and Righteousness" and "Great Japan Banzai". The words on top are "Victorious Return Commemoration" and under "18th Infantry".
