This is an antique Japanese military sake cup, decorated with a picture of a soldier standing in front, with two planes flying on top and a Chinese city gate in the far background. The words are "Victorious Return Commemoration". The exterior of the cup has a poem and cherry blossoms embossed on it. This is a cup that commemorates Japan's victory in China in 1938.
