This is an antique Japanese military sake cup, decorated with a helmet shaped map topped with a flag. The map is of the lower Yangtze river delta, including Nanjing, Shanghai, etc. The words are "Victorious Return Commemoration" "Shanghai Expedition". The exterior of the cup has a landscape pattern.
