Antique Japanese Military Shanghai Victory Kutani Army Sake Cup
This is an antique Japanese military sake cup, decorated with a helmet, a flag, and some cherry blossoms all around. The exterior of the cup has a poem written on it about the heavy duties of a soldier and the relative unimportance of one's body. The words at the base are "Shanghai Victorious Return Commemoration" and the name of the kiln Kutani is in red.
