This is an antique Japanese military sake cup, decorated with a ship's profile, a helmet with the word "loyalty" on the front, and a flag. The words are "Navy Term Fulfillment Commemoration" and the sailor's name Imaizumi. The exterior of the cup is in the shape of a helmet with the character "loyalty" on the base.
