This is an antique Japanese military sake cup, decorated with a star, a pair of cherry blossoms, and the words "18th Infantry Commemoration". The big flower like shape surrounding the star and cherry blossoms is lightly embossed onto the cup (you can feel the raised ridge). There's a soldier's name Nie is on the back.

Condition: Excellent - very light fading of the gold
