This is an antique Japanese military sake cup, decorated with an anchor, some cherry blossoms, and a poem. The back of the cup has the words "Same Year Soldier Term Fulfillment Commemoration" and ten names around the base. This is probably a set of cups made to commemorate these ten sailors who joined the unit (a smaller ship, perhaps?) at the same time from the same draft class.
