This is an antique Japanese military sake cup, decorated with a flag of the military academy with some cherry blossoms. The words are "Toyohashi Army Teaching School" "Graduation Commemoration". The exterior of the cup is in the shape of a helmet with a plane as the base and the soldier's name Ueda.
